I am getting excess bill as per the expectation and as compared to other i got excess bill every time because i am not using excess electrical items. Am also getting the bills of two flats. One is my flat and others flat no. Is 402 block b. Why i am joint bills and excess bill.in winter season i am getting excess bill why.. You are giving two flats bill why i will pay excess bill as i haven't used the more electrical items then why.. You are giving me two flats bill one is mine and one is other.. Thats why i am getting excess bill
