I had taken services of this company to move the things from Thane to Hyderabad on 5th December 2015. On the receipt it clearly states that it is door to door service. However, on 11th December 2015 the truck driver called me to inform that things have reached Hyderabad and arrange for help to get the things unloaded. I called the company in Mumbai they said that they will get it done. The truck driver again called the same evening to state that he has dumped the things in godown and going back. The company representative stated that we can send the things only after 10 pm as the enry of heavy vehicles is restricted. I asked if they can send early morning as I am alone in the new city. He commited to send it. On next day 12th December, I called him up to check and he kept on lying that they will send through small vehicle. Finally in evening he told me that things will come after 10 pm. I agreed and also called to remind him at 9:45 pm. He again lied that the things will be delivered. He even switched off the phone. Next day again he kept on lying and did not deliver the things. Finally we had to go to the godown and get the things by paying extra to offload the things. He misbehaved with me knowing that I was alone staing that go and collect the things from police or court wherever you want to go. I seek damages for the following: 1. Refund for comitted door to door delivery that did not take place. 2. Refund for the money that was spent to go and get the things and upload it. 3. Agony and mental stress that the company caused
