On may 2, i've purchased a saree from www.southsarees.com website,
In the mode of cash on delivery (Cod), on may9th i received that product and paid an amount of rs.1250/-. When i sealed off the product, i came to know that i've got a wrong product which is completely different from what i ordered in the website. I've mailed them and asked for a refund or return but they are not willing to take any action and not giving me refund/return.
