[Resolved]  SP Business Consultant Private Limited — Totally fraud

First of all thanks for sharing your valuable comments over the consumer complaints. This would really help to identify the business as well as company. My self Neetu and i am from Navi Mumbai. I am working in a company name called click in thane since last two years as a project manager. Last year in the month of decemeber we have taken USA E- Commerce Inbound project from Mr. Mayur Sonawane. My company has paid certain amount to him and accordingly he has started the work. I really dont know about SP business consultant but he been told that he was associated and he left the company. Since last 6 months we are working on his project and we are receiving payment from his client on time moreover we have also started one more project from him and it is working on day timings and it is also working good.

My only concern in this forum is without having any appropriate documents please dont ruin someone's image in forum the reason i am telling you that we are working with him and we are absolutely fine. So before you post something here please have some evidences handy with you. Just becase of his patners you cannot blame other people unnecessarily.

Any one think that they would like to contact me or would like to see our work in mumbai then we would like to invite you for physical visit as well.

My name is mayur sonawane and i was the part of sp business consultant. i would like to clarify few things in the matter of Seemaji. Seemaji first of all we never met and i was totally unaware what amount you paid to my partners and what projects you have taken so far. Second thing i have never signed any particular contract with you. Third thing as far as my knowledge you have paid 1.5 lacs to sandeep as a cash amount apart from that amount not a single amount we have received so far from you so if you are putting any unnecessarily allegations on me i would say that would be absolutely unfair. Few days back i have received a call from chandigarh and they stated that someone has filed a company in the name of SP Business Consultant pvt ltd. so that was the only reason i called you yesterday but u were so angry over the phone and you disconnected the call. i also spoke with Taheer Sakarwala in the terms of your case so i would better understand what exactly happened with you people and from Taheer Sakarwala i have received another story. When again i made a call to you regarding things i have heard from other people who are involved in this case you again disconnected the call. Seemaji i understand what you gone through but the matter of fact i was totally unaware of all the things after a long time i guess first time we spoke over the call yesterday only. Even you also know i have not signed any single agreement with you and i have personally not taken any particular amount from you. So if in the company any director is doing wrong things then all cannot blame for the same. I have left the company and you can also check on MCA site.

So i would really appreciate if you make a justice and lets come together and resolve the issues. I am not really bothered what others talk about me and what they really gonna do. The only thing which i believe is documentation's. I have also given so many works to many people and they are running my work successfully.

I spoke with mayur sonawane and i got a proper clarification regarding my work. However mayur sonawane was not involve in the agreement which i signed with his company nor he has taken any amount from us and he was totally unaware about the money. Moreover he has given us few options without any consultancy fees and that will going to happen soon.

So i am pretty much okay with mayur sonawane...

No one is innocent, if you have payed in their company account, the share must have gone to everyone, whether they have signed the agreement or not. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS, SCAMMERS, FRAUD etc. etc.
Now the cheater duo Taher & Sandeep has started a new company Named ANALOG BPO SERVICES PVT. LTD to cheat some more innocent people. Or I would rather say that they have already cheated some centers. I invite those victims to join this brigade against these fraudsters.
Even I was cheated by Mr. Taher Sakarwala in a very fashionable manner. I was told to deposit the money in his two different personal bank account. I deposited the money on 12th of Feb 2015, Still he has not given me any receipt nor he has signed any agreement with me. And now he has taken refuge at his fiancee's place in Jammu&Kashmir, and I don't know the address. Now he has stopped responding to my calls because he came to know that I understood his lies. I have his home address and his partner Sandeep kumar's home address, I would also share all the contact numbers those are with me.. He has also duped a friend of mine by not paying their bill that amounts to approx INR 1400000.00 ( Fourteen Lacs ). Anyone who needs the information please upload your complaints first in this portal and then contact me.

Since i was in company i was not aware what amount other people paid in what account. Moreover you have paid amount to Taheer Sakarwala so you cannot blame on me. You also called me on my number and you were the only one who criticised Taheer & Sandeep and you were the one who informed me about other deals. See i will tell you very clear you have paid amount to Taheer so my only question is where i am involved in this. Have you paid any amount into Mayu Sonawane'e account. If you have paid then send me the proof. One advise stop poke your nose in other's topic. Shivdeep is very much clear on his point.

Vivekji, I dont have any personal grudges against you and i dont think so you will any personal grudges against me either. I understand that you have paid amount to taheer and he is absconded from Virar as you told me. See what deal you have done with him i really have no idea and i trust me i really dont want to take interest in that. So i would really appreciate if you stop spoiling my name and influence others against me. You already have my number if you have something aginst me then call me and record the call and share to the world.
