We have received bill for the period 26/08/2015 to 26/09/2015. The photo clearly shows that the meter reading has been taken on 03/10/2015 which is 8 days after the bill period.Due to this the billing has been done at higher rate per unit. We have been charged for units consumed in 38 days treating it as 30 days.Hence the higher slab rate has been applied. Kindly correct the bill either by reducing the units or staggering the slabs to 38 days instead of 30 days. Thus the slab of first 100 units will become 126 units, 101 to 300 units will become 126 to 353 units.and the balace units to charged @9.95 will be only 45 units. Kindly make the necessary corrections and issue credit for the excess amount charged.
