I called three times. They kept on saying it will take couple of hour. At last they stop attending calls. They switched off phone. Disgusting. And shameful for whole system....

There is no electricity power in our area from last 3-4 hours...

In our area all Wednesday there is no electricity (power) upto 6/7 hours always and if we call to toll free number they are not attending calls of customers....

I live in flat no 208 gurukripa towers opp jaripatka police station nara road nagpur. There is a powercut in our house since morning. Kindly resolve the issue.

We have received bill for the period 26/08/2015 to 26/09/2015. The photo clearly shows that the meter reading has been taken on 03/10/2015 which is 8 days after the bill period.Due to this the billing has been done at higher rate per unit. We have been charged for units consumed in 38 days treating it as 30 days.Hence the higher slab rate has been applied.
