I ordered a battery from this online website https://www.sparkclues.com on 06/10/19. I found this website on the google search page. I paid rs. 249 using the upi id. The instructions on the payment page mentioned
When i went to their website details i found a phone number which i called but i was informed that incoming call was not accepted in that number.

I also got an email id from the contact page. I mailed but got no response.

I did not receive any sms/email from their side after making payment and placing order. It's been 5 days and the order is still showing 'on hold' and not shipped whereas in their shipping policy it says the products are shipped within 48 hours.

The money has been prepaid. If they don't deliver the product now i'm afraid they have set up a scam website.
