Spectra India Housing — Allocation of different plots instead of registered plot and with out any developments

I booked plot in spectra India pvt Ltd at yadagirigutta spectra galaxy on 2017 january.the people allocated one plot number and till now approval not gave by govt .they are forcing us to give another plot with extra registration charges where there is no development .
When they sold the plot they said no extra charges for facing of plot.but they are charging extra for charging ...my payment is done before 2022 January .at that time they don't have approval for registration .but after 2022 Ts govt hiked registration charges .now they are forcing us to take registration according to new charges ...plz make justice regarding this
