I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an incident of investment fraud that I have unfortunately fallen victim to. I believe this matter requires immediate attention and investigation.

I have invested in Spectra Galaxy project in 120 years plot. I have invested 6 lakh rupees in an installment around 3 years(last payment date was 6th August 2022). It's been more than one and half years I have paid that 6 lakh amount but they didn't completed my registration process and refuse to give my money back.

It's been more then 6 months I paid full amount for my land Registration on narketpalley highway . But still no progress and no one lifting my calls

I booked plot in spectra India pvt Ltd at yadagirigutta spectra galaxy on 2017 january.the people allocated one plot number and till now approval not gave by govt .they are forcing us to give another plot with extra registration charges where there is no development .
When they sold the plot they said no extra charges for facing of plot.but they are charging extra for charging ...my payment is done before 2022 January .at that time...

I have so many complaints against the collections executive as below:
1: The executive will not turn up for 2-3 months and request to clear the dues.
2. In spite of many requests to come on weekends, the executive will be coming on regular days.
3. No respect to the customers.
4. Need to be transparency company and they need to provide necessary soft skills to the executives.
5. Executives are not professionals.
6. Even their supervisors don't understand the issues completely.

I would like to inform the company management to interfere and get the issues resolved.

I bought a 200-yard land for 30Lacks, which is on a hill place from SPECTRA-Yashovan near Yadagirigutta. These SPECTRA people earlier promised they are going to demolish the hill to make the land flat to build the house.

I use to follow up every week to clean the land. Now it's been more than 2 years and the hill also remains the same. Now they are saying we are not going to demolish the hill. The hill remains the same.

Don't believe in this SPECTRA ### and don't fall into their trap. They will change their words after your payment. These mediators will play the key role to fool you for their own benefit.

We have purchased 111sqyrds of /3lplots total 333 at yadadri spectra in 2019 for emi of 40months . Finally the time has come for registration not even a single place is developed and they r now demanding to take 120 sq yrd of each plot.. we have decided to cancel now as there is no development and the employees who worked there also left the company as its a fake company.. when we asked our money they are saying that they will give only 80% which is totally unfair, we need our total money back 15, 87000 at any cost

Had paid instalments upto 7. 20 lks. Not registering the plot. It's one since I paid the last registration. Neither they will provide full refund. They will deduct 30℅ of the amount and the pay refund and we need to wait for another 6 months

I have purchased a plot at yadagirigutta in the year jan2021 in 40 emi, and now i have paid 3 lakhs to company now due to various reasons i am unable to continue further emi, now Asking the company for refund they are giving 70% that too 4 payments method options at last week some persons formed as group and brought the media and those.perons got ful refund...now company is giving just 80% amount of my hard earned..plz take necessary action against the company

I have purchased plot near Narkatpally after that I paid emi s and after I'm not unable to paid amount I request to refund my amount they deducted 35% amount it happened 6 months back still I didn't get my money they are neglecting I will file writ petition in the high court the company will liable for causing of my losess

I have purchased flot I'm unable to pay emi still I have applied to take back my money it will deduct 30% of amount but remaining amount also pending very late it is very worst Don't play the game with people I will face legal consequences I will file writ in the high court

I am Shaik Lalmahammad purchased 240 SY plot in Spectra Galaxy, yadagirigutta under Emi basis. It's been 4 years there is no development in the project which I selected when I am requesting my money company is saying they will deduct 20%. I took the plot @3500/ sqryard now company is selling 6000/ sqryard. This is not at all fare. All these years I have paid 45 emi's another 5 emi pending instead of giving interest to my investment they are saying they will deduct.

Please help me.

I bought 2 plots in spectra venture yadagirigutta for the total outright sum of rs 9, 55, 000 in 2020 with the promise of immediate registration and it's been more than 2 years that they stopped responding to my requests to answer on my queries regarding registration. I'm losing my hard earned money to this fraud, lazy, unprofessional company which is playing with lives of common people.
I request this forum to kindly provide help...

Whats the development at this i bought it in 2014.When i see in google it says permanently closed.Is their any legal issues.?

I buy a open plot in peripheral city near bichiguda above 6 years back.now I want to know how much value per square yard at this time. Please inform me.

I, D Kiran Raju paid Rs.1, 03, 200 /- to spectra India towards a plot purchase but it's not a complete deal. Since, we could not pay balance amount we have been request the company to pay back our advance amount paid in 2017. Till now, they have paid back to us. Please do justice by getting back that amount...

Pass book no. 1506 in the name of k. V. Ganesh after paying 11, 000, nobody was responding to my call. The site company cab driver mr mahesh introduced me to manga swamy. Wherever i call mr mahesh he says he met with an accident cannot move out of bed for 6 months, later after 9 months he calls up and given me mangaswamy number to contact, when i spoke to mangaswamy he says i am in dubai call me after 15 days, next call he claims he does not know mahesh, when i asked him about the money which i have paid he simply stated no refund will be made, you can go legally or complain to police. I need the refund amount of 11, 000 else i will take up legally, kindly assist.

This Spectra company people are selling plots in the name of DTCP or YTDA in Yadadri. When we enquired those plots are actually agriculture land. They are charging huge amount per square yard in the name of EMI. No response from them when we ask for proofs for any approval. Don't take any plots in this company until unless they show proofs.

Almost all their plot ventures in Yadadri has no approvals. I am repeating again ask to show what approval they have before buying any plot in this Spectra company. Don't hurry & buy the plot in EMI. Before you pay 11000/- also, ask them to show the venture approval proof.
