Spectra Motors — Car insurance policy renewal | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I am Mr. Sammer Bhor. On 9th November, 2015 I have made a payment of Rs. 9000/- in cash towards renewal of my car's (MH 05 BS 6141) insurance policy in spectra motors at Ghatkopar (west) branch to Mrs. Sunita Barve. That time she told me give some pictures of your vehicle through what's app. After some time she realised, she had some leaves of Diwali so, she gave me another persons number named as Mohit someting. Then, on the same day after 2 hour I send all my vehicle pictures on the given number. As a concern I had called her and she told me you will get your policy renewal documents on monday i.e. 16th November, 2015. I did not got any update or status regarding my policy renewal till 20th November, 2015. So, I enquired regular status about my policy status then I got another message from your end, i.e. your car pictures was not clear. after some time I got sms from maruti that our exeuctive will visit my location and survey my car. Further waiting for another 6 to 7 days I did not receive any communication from your end and no one came to survey about my car. Finally, I have decided to refuse your service and asked Miss. Priyanka who is handling this case for money back. I deeply regretted that despite repeated calls to the her but, still i haven't got my money also. In my opinion this is not fair at all.
