On 2nd oct i have visited spectra motors thane for inquiry for t permit car
There i got the executive mr. pradeep shinde, we had gone for inquiry for maruti ritz, he told us that it is not available know but coming month means in oct end or nov, 1 slot is coming for maruti ritz diesel car. we said ok to him.
In finance they need garanter so we told as we get garanter will get back to you.
Today that is[protected] at 3:00 clock in afternoon when i call mr. pradeep shinde to ask that if i will pay cash amount fully for car in how many days i will get my car.
So mr. pradeep shinde reply me which car you want. i told him maruti ritz he saying me it is waiting till 4 months and discontinue think like that.
I ask him last sunday i did inquire for this car only i have paper of that in which you have written all the amount for ritz car only.
So he saying me madam it was maruti wagon r in petrol which i have told you. and i dont want the maruti wagon r car, then why i will do inquiry for that car.
Mr. pradeep is lieying like anything, if he dont know the proper information, he should not commit to the customers the wrong information.
I have the full proof of mr. pradeep that he has given me all wrong information till know.
I want reply for this from higher authority, why like this fool people you are keeping on work with all the wrong information.
Making customers fool buying saying all wrong information.
