SPEED POST DELIVERY — Substantial delay in Speed post delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 21/01/2015 17:05 I booked a speed post (from SP Indore RMS) for delivering at IGNTU, Amarkantak (PIN:484886), MP, Tracking nr. EI[protected]IN. At the time of booking, person-in-charge said it will reach in 3-4 days; however, after few days, when I see status, even today 12/02/2015, it shows that at Jabalpur. This speed post was very crucial as is related to my job interview, and I am unemployed.
