Speed Post Letter Delayed Due To Redirecting — delayed delivery of speed post letter

The article was addressed to gagana bihari suar, jajpur, danagadi, jajpur, odisha from rto, bhubaneswar. Danagadi so redirected the article to my new address acharya nagar, bant chhak, bhadrak-756100, odisha. But when tracted the speed post number eo[protected]in is still on the way to ich balasore and then to bang so and again to ich balasore... Please help me to get the article to my bhadrak address
