Sphere — fake information

My younger brother looking for data entry work and got a call from sphere. They told to my brother that i don't have to pay any charges while registration and you have to complete the data work within 90 days with 90% accuracy. They also said that they will charge registration fee when you will eligible for the payment. They asked my brother to sign on agreement and he did. They sent an agreement at his email id by mentioning that if you fail to achieve the target then you have to pay registration fee. I replied at same time and didn't accept the agreement. He received the call from sphere and lady whose name is "shoya" told him that he has to pay registration fee, if he does not attempt the paper work. He does not want to touch their paper work and he already denied to accept their agreement. They manipulate the agreement and got his acceptance on agreement. Please do the needful and suggest the best possible ways to get rid of it.
