Hi im shubham gupta mene 16 august ko es company sphere mein baat huye thi jisme enhone pehle penality se smbhit kuch bhi ni batya aur jab agrremnt kar lete h usme lika hua tha agar aap 15 din mein kaam complete ni karte ho to apko penality pay karni pdegi. Esme eske counsltancy nu jmujhe kuch bhi pehle spasht ni batya aur jab baad mein agrreemnt cancel karna chata hu to ye bolte penality pay karna hoga. Es comnpany ke counsaltancy rinky bajaj jo enhone mujhe phle adhi hi baat batyi aur jab ye agrremnt karwa lete tab bolte h ab agreement cancel ni hoga. Compnay ka jab pehle confirmation call aya tha tab mene phlle agree ni kya to mene bola tha mujhe ye jab sahi ni mein es job ke liye agree ni hu. But thodi der baad eske counsaltacy rinky bajaj jinka naam unhone mujhe bola agar aap abhi agree noi hoge to muhe 15 din baad penality deni hogi aur agar aap abhi agree ho jaate hot to kuch din baad agar aap kaam samgah mein ni aye to mein ye kaam kisi aur ko de dungi aur ye khaahar mujhe phasa diya aur baad mein ye baat se mukar jate hain. Aur 15 din baad enke comany ka message aya aur advocate ka mail aya h ki penality pay karna hoga ni to case ho jayega. Plz aap meri help kare eese niklen ke lye ni to ye case kar denge.

I have unknowingly signed an legal agreement with this company and they have sent me 150 images to be typed in notepad within 15 days.After completion of my work I received an QC report of failure to perform work.Now I am receiving calls and emails from them that they are going to file an fraud complaint against me

I have received an call from the executive of Sphere service name Ritu Shah and she told me that I have send her my photo ID I have mail her my photo ID and then I received an OTP which she told me to enter, and then she told me that I have undersigned an agreement with there company.However I have completed my work and mailed to them, then I received an QC report which mentioned that I have not completed my work and now I am receiving calls from this company threating me to file an fraud case against me. Plz help
