Pathethic Product and pathetic After sales service. Water heater failed in just 2 months (purchased in October 2024, gone dead in December 2024 and again in January 2025. Repeat problem and no empathy for irated client having repeated issues, takes 48 hours to service. Pls dont buy Spherehot products, their product and service both are horrible.
