Pathethic Product and pathetic After sales service. Water heater failed in just 2 months (purchased in October 2024, gone dead in December 2024 and again in January 2025. Repeat problem and no empathy for irated client having repeated issues, takes 48 hours to service. Pls dont buy Spherehot products, their product and service both are horrible....

I am utterly dissappointed by the spherehot customer service and their service center. I have a geyser issue (Water not getting heated - cold water coming from the geyser) for which i called the customer service on 23-dec and they took my request with complaint no and said that their technician will call and the problem will be resolved in 2 working days, max. However, despite my repeated calls on a daily basis, there has been no response from thier side. The customer exec's keep giving the same standard responses like -
1- the technician will call up;
2. They gave me invalid service center numbers (Which do not handle your area complaints);
3. They asked me watsapp on a spherehot certain number and follow-up;
4. They gave me area-head's number to raise a concern, but his number is either busy, not reachable or he does not pick up the call.
Despite all of this, nothing has progressed. No calls from thier side and they are least interested in serving to my request/complaint. Very dissappointing & frustrating experience, since my geyser is only 2 years old. If i knew, this was the service, i would be getting, i would never have gone for spherehot.

I have been calling installation guy praveen [protected] for new installation but he is never visiting my home (Mumbai - jogeshwari west area)

Such company should be banned who cannot understand customer queries and give solution.
Its a waste of money and time. Mental harassment too!!!

We called u 3 days back about 20l pc02 your technitian came on 20/04/18 friday he checked and said pls put the water minmum level we did it but stll problems are same we try to call your persone but he out of orde lickage is going on pls send your persone as soon as posible we suffrig more we have small baby. Invice copy pls find in attachment tanx.

It's been almost one year that i have been calling spherehot for my gas geyser repair but no response. Delhi branch head priyank gupta and technician bobby has been harassing me mentally by giving me false assurance of coming and visiting geyser site for repair. Priyank and bobby blames company and company blames branch head and technician. I feel all are fraud and they just want money.

Recently I have purchase 2 Geyser of Spherehot of 15 Litre after knowing that company is very good in Geyser supply but really sorry to say that company product is extreme poor quality one & water is not at all getting heated.
At Toll free number voice is very destructive & no other mode is there to file the complain. Also mail at Support but response is very poor. Request all people to please do not buy Geyser else you are putting your hard earn money in dustbin.
