[Resolved]  Spherehot — not responding even we have warranty and even the problem is life taker

Called on Customer Care @ [protected] before 10 days for the problem we have in the geyser, whenever we on the geyser it passes current in the water which can kill any one.
When we called first time before 10 days they said that they had registered the complaint and technician will visit within 48 hours but no one came.
Again we called on 3rd Dec 2018 and they are telling they don't have any complaint registered with this number but when they checked with the name they found the complaint, so again they give promise that technician will visit within 48 hours but no one came.
Today morning at 10:00 AM I called again.Today again they said same thing that their is no complaint registered with this number, so I forcefully registered the complaint and and the support guy Sheetal and the supervisor Rushit told us that technician will come today by 8:00 PM.
When I called at 7:30 PM the customer care is off, the technician is tellling that they don't any one available to check the problem.

The geyser is in Warranty and the problem is life taker means it can kill any one if an unknown person uses the geyser.
