Website Complaint register section doesnt work.

Wrong Whatsapp number is mentioned in Website

Customer care phone number on Website is also wrong.

No way to reach them,

We are at mercy of Local Service technician who is fooling us.

We are helpless but cant reach to company. Its a fraud company.

Worst to worst service

Gas Geyser is not working. The customer care number is out of network coverage area. WhatsApp number is not registered on WhatsApp and nobody is picking it up. Another number given from shop of purchase. Service people do not respond on time and act arrogantly. Very very bad service. Do not purchase spherehot geysers....

I called your customer care representative for many times . But he doesn't respond everytime. The geyser isn't working, red light isn't on, water isn't got heated .Power doesn't get on. It is 3rd time happened . I want you to solve this problem shorty.And If you can not then shut your shop and go . Send your representative at my home as soon as possible.Humble request.

Called on Customer Care @ [protected] before 10 days for the problem we have in the geyser, whenever we on the geyser it passes current in the water which can kill any one.
When we called first time before 10 days they said that they had registered the complaint and technician will visit within 48 hours but no one came.
Again we called on 3rd Dec 2018 and they are telling they don't have any complaint registered with this number...

Due to some technical issue in geyser we post a complaint to the company to solve it. They pick up the device from our home and said to be delivery it again by solving the problem in 2-3 days. Almost we waited for 6 days no one contacted us so we tried to contacted to consumer care they assured they will delivered the product within 2 days. Its being so long upto 20 days no one came and when we are trying to conatct them they always make excuses about the product. Try to solve as soon as possible
