Spice Hotspot — Poor Customer Handling at Spice Hotspot Outlet GIP Mall, Noida

I had purchased a Tempered Proof Glass for a Samsung A5 from this Outlet 4-5 days back. While installing/pasting itself, they had trouble, & i had told them that this would get air, but they insisted, that all is well. Next day itself, it picked up some vaccum/air. I visited them & was told in least customer friendly manner that they they did not have stock. Staff was rude & unapologetic. Told me to come later. Again visited them after 1-2 days & was told this time, that they never told me that they would replace it. Infact they could only try to repair it, which they did.

Now since yesterday, the vaccum/air is again there.

Feeling like trolling them big time for poor customer service experience.. One should never buy anything from them... very useless & shameless people.
