Hi Sir/Madam, I have bought a galaxy Note2 from Spice Retail limited S-120, First floor, Sahara Mall, M.G Road, Gurgaon on 11/08/2014 with annual warranty but on 01/05/2015 I came to know(From Authorised Samsung Service Centre) that its warranty will expire on 20 May 2015 because it has been used before it was sold to me. Would like you take my complain into consideration as it damage reputation of prestigious company like Samsung. Only option left to opt is took retailer into consumer court which is quite considerable.
