Spice Money — Amount is deducted from my costomer amount but not came my spicemoney wallet

सर मै एक ऑनलाइन shop चलाता हूं जिसमें मैं आधार से पैसा अपने कस्टमर को provide करवाता हूं जिसके लिए मैं Spice Money apps का एजेंट id password uses karta hun but 9 November 2020 को मेरे कस्टमर के account से पैसा cut गया but mere spice money wallet me bhi nahi aaya pls refund the money... Pls सर
