I ordered on a phone on 13th july, without out knowing about the website, it had showed that the product will deliver in 2 days, later next day i saw few reviews and called them, but no response while the phone was ringing whole day. However the next day, i. E on 15th july after so many times, a guy recieved the call and i asked the status of the order as it was just showing order received even after 2 days, he informed there is a technical issue and order will take more time, hence i asked him to cancel, he acknowledged and informed me, i'll get the refund in 7 to 10 days, and sent me a message on phone for the order cancellation. Later on 25th july, when i was trying to reach their website it was missing and no where i can find the spiceshop.co.in website, and when i m calling them, there was no response from 25th july and now the number is switched off and their email id is not accepting any mails since the day i order the phone. I have not received any refund to my cc, the billing cycle will end by this week and i have to pay the money for the product i have not received, i. E rs 13500.

Please check the image which I have uploaded, it has the details of the guy who scammed us every one in the name of Spiceshop.co.in. Even I lost 13500 with same website. I had made the payment through cashfree payment. I visited there office and the manager gave the details.
If we together file a complaint, from each of our end.
We can easily track the guy. He is free just because thinking no one will know and will give a complaint.
