This is jay rathore i will take a connection[protected] from spider link for 50mbps plan in jaipur rajasthan. After i taken they will guaranteed internet is 50 mbps speed. But after taking the connection they will irresponsible completely. Right now my internet connection not working from last 7 days and no one come to short out our problem. So worst internet services provided by nextra and they will already taken 3 month advance rental so we will not able to do anything i always complaint on +[protected] customer care dept. And all are customer care executive says our technician we will allotted but no one come here. I want to short out my complaint asap. I also attached payment receipt in attachment.
