I have discontinued my plan from Spiderlink on 25 November, 2020. After sending them mail regarding refund of security deposit, they told me they will refund after 45 days through cheque. But after 45 days, ni cheque given to me. I have been calling them from past 1 year and they always say they will refund in 1 day, 2 day but they never refund. The amount of security deposit is Rs 1000/-...

This is jay rathore i will take a connection[protected] from spider link for 50mbps plan in jaipur rajasthan. After i taken they will guaranteed internet is 50 mbps speed. But after taking the connection they will irresponsible completely. Right now my internet connection not working from last 7 days and no one come to short out our problem. So worst internet services provided by nextra and they will already taken 3 month advance rental so...
