I ordered SPIRIA2 mobile product in last 27th October 2019. Bur unfortunately I received another duplicate product in last 3rd November 2019 which was no t ordered by me. Therefore I request the authority to send me back the original one or replaced the earlier received product soon.
The mobile i received is not usable. The received product is attached bellow.
