I booked family tour package (With flight) for gangtok, darjeeling from delhi based tour operator m/s splendid tour, h 75/103 mandir marge, connaught place, new delhi-11001.

I have done100% payment of rs.39525/- through internet banking on the link provided by tour operator (Rs.31125) and on bank ac no gotham tyagi current a/c no [protected] ifsc ubin0570681. (Rs.7200/-) now this tour operator is not giving flight booking details. The payment receipt has been given without gst no. Also the hotel booking names are given fraud, i have personally made enquiry at hotels, no such booking has made by agency.
Sir this is fraudulent tour operator on web site. The have cheated me. For about rs.40000/-
Hence it is kindly requesting you to personally look in this matter and obelised me.
