This is with reference to your communication dated July 22, 2022 regarding the status of payment. I have received communication from SPOTIFY (one of their clients) about the concerned amount they have refunded as they couldn't provide revised service on the account. I had communication from SPOTIFY that have already issued refund but it is pending form BILLDESK side. Billdesk contacted me on email through a form query and asked transaction details but they don't have any way to communicate as the email ID not taking any incoming mails.
