Spotify — charged 9000 rupees, but did not fix my iphone and now saying cannot do anything

This is regarding the mobile service and repair shop with the name spotify, in aecs layout, kundanhalli main road, just before brookfield mall while coming from kundanhalli gate to graphite india.
I initially went there for repairing my screen for iphone - they charged 6500 and replaced my screen. Ever since they changed my screen, my phone's (Iphone - 6s) home button stopped working. I gave it to him in august, he made me roam around him for 2 months. Now slowly, my mobile battery started showing problem and it totally stopped working; he charged another 2200 from me and replaced the battery promising that, the phone will work. The phone never worked and it totally switched off now. It neither charges or starts up. I went to his shop multiple times, he went on saying that, this and made me roam around his shop for around a month, now he is saying, the guy who worked on my phone, is not working here anymore and we donno anything about that; he stopped responding to me, even if i go, he made me wait for about an hour and then still not attending. Please cease this fraudster.
