A consignment with consignment id[protected] is supposed to be delivered to me. The same is o[censored]rgent nature to me. Its lying in the delivery station but the company has not even contacted n tried to deliver the same for last 3 days. The call centre executives r not aware of the details. All i know is item lying in the delivery station n i am waiting for the same to be delivered. Spot on is one of the worst services. I have called their contact number for more than 50 times but no one is really aware of the status. Most of their representative r rude. It seems a harassment. I would like to file the harassment complaint against them and also compensation for ruining my two days of job. I saw in the tracking status that the item is in mangalore for last two days... But they dint yet have send the item. I hope someone will relay my complaint. I had sent them mail but still no response.
