The had booked spoton to deliver my clothes and makeup from alwar to Bangalore. They lost my box and now saying they cannot do anything about it. The box had very valuable items, and the company is not doing the bare minimum of checking where the box is. Its been 2 months since the stuff was picked up...

A consignment with consignment id[protected] is supposed to be delivered to me. The same is o[censored]rgent nature to me. Its lying in the delivery station but the company has not even contacted n tried to deliver the same for last 3 days. The call centre executives r not aware of the details. All i know is item lying in the delivery station n i am waiting for the same to be delivered. Spot on is one of the worst services. I have called their contact...
