[Resolved] Springwel Mattresses Pvt Ltd — False commitments and no after sales service | |||
We bought a mattress vide Invoice 889 dated 9th September 2014 and lots of false commitments were given. After lots of follow-up there is no support - also some of the products taken back from us which were damaged and committed replacement which has not happened even after three months. Lots of commitments given by the Manager Aman Goel also did not give any positive response and the sales person Ankur Singh also has stopped taking calls. A mediocre product and worst service has actually made us re-consider the buy that we had taken - this actually taking customer for a ride by false commitments in national dailies.
