Square Yards — Not refunding booking amount

I had given a booking amount of Rs.50151/- for the plot to hold the unit on 30th July 2020. As per discussion If a loan does not get approved by the bank, the booking amount would be refunded. I have been following for the last 4 months to get my money but Square Yards team is not giving proper response. The people below are involved in my case sanjay.[protected]@squareyards.co.in ([protected]) and birjesh.[protected]@squareyards.co.in[protected]. I have written so many emails and called them. I met Brijesh personally to Brijesh and he promised to get an update on the refund but I did not see any response.

Please help me to get my money with a penalty.
