We had purchased two properties in the and a reference form one of their projects and was promised a cash back in form of credit note for all three property and after the sign off of sale agreement when we approached for the credit note we came to know they have not registered for the referral scheme and past six months we are follow in up and last 2 weeks they stopped responding. We are clueless whom to contact and who will take the responsibility of this as we met them at the property site and now they have changed the people we had met during the sale nobody knows about this incident.
