Dear Management,
my daughter is studying 8th Standared @ Dammaiguda branch.
I am writing to express my concerns and apologize for bringing them to your attention year after year. This academic year, I have noticed several issues that I believe require your immediate attention.
Specifically, I am concerned about the mid-year relief of faculty members teaching Social Studies and English to 8th standard students. I do not think this is a standard practice in any educational institution.
Furthermore, I have observed a lack of communication with students and parents regarding sudden holidays, subject information, and examination schedules. Examinations were conducted without completing the subject portions, and with inadequate notice.
In my opinion, the top management needs to take responsibility for the functioning of this branch, particularly since there is an established hierarchy (Principal, VP, and Zonal). I believe it is management's duty to resolve and streamline the functional and administrative issues.
I understand that it may not be within my jurisdiction to interfere in school operational matters, I would like to bring to your notice that faculty members are unhappy with the current administrative system, leading to frequent rotation of faculty members.
I respectfully request management's intervention to address these concerns. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution, indicating whether we should continue with the school or consider alternative options.
I trust that the concerns I've raised will not adversely impact my daughter's education or experience at the school
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, "
