Sr Stores — fraud product | |||
I saw a add on olx, where this sr store was providing one plus 7 pro for ₹13000, and for which he took ₹300rs advance for the shipping purpose. I ordered this via olx and whatsapp chat on 18 jan, 2020. And i received the product on 22 jan 2020. An iphone 8 that too not original, pure chinese product. He did fraud many times with many different people as i saw complaints over here also. Please take legal action against them fast so that they can’t do more scam. And i want my refund for ₹13000 It was delivered via getgologistics, I want to sue getgologistics also for the same as they don’t take any id from the person who wants to send their product from one place to another. I had ordered a one plus 8pro mobile of 12gb ram 256gb rom through an ad in olx of OLX User for 19000rs they had asked me to contact them through what's app by giving their number [protected] but they had sent me another cheap company mobile of 2gb ram and 16 gb rom how could I use that I have been asking them to refund the money by taking the product I wish I could get some justice through anyone
