In the name of SR stores a guy theft my 13000 rupees by asking me that he will deliver oneplus 8 pro in tgat budget. But he send me a unvaluable mobile worth only 2000.i want my money back. This matter is now a big problem in my family now a days.

I ordered a Google note mobile through a seller in Facebook marketplace. He called as "SHANAWAS" - sent us counterfeit product/just plastic display phone.

Kindly help to file report and claim money back.

I'm Nithin i order one 1+ 8pro from SR Store on cash on delivery 15k rupees they sent one useless phone and message so may times to the girl who message me they will not responding and money didn't refund till now

They send me thire parcel through courier and said me to deposited money.

I ordered one plus nord on an ad on OLX and I was redirected to whatsApp where I was assured of legit business and was told to pay 1000 advance to make sure I wanted to buy the phone, on delivery I paid 13000 and when I opened the product it's a fake vivo phone with cracked screen

Actually I had ordered one plus 8 pro of 12 GB ram and 256gb rom for 19000 but they had sent me a kekai company mobile of 2 gb ram and 16 gb rom but the symbol printed on the back panel is 1+ how could we reach the company and claim my money back

I saw a add on olx, where this sr store was providing one plus 7 pro for ₹13000, and for which he took ₹300rs advance for the shipping purpose. I ordered this via olx and whatsapp chat on 18 jan, 2020.
And i received the product on 22 jan 2020. An iphone 8 that too not original, pure chinese product.
He did fraud many times with many different people as i saw complaints over here also.
Please take legal action against...

I have ordered a plus pro phone to SR stores that was send via Get GO Logistcis by sender and i have received via ekart in palvancha Navabharath and the tracking no is GETC[protected]

The product was delivered to be by Cash on delivery of 13000 rs and online payment of 500 rs and the sender is fraudulent. as this is cash of delivery i have asked both ekart and Getgo to stop the payment to sender and they both have not co operated.

I have ordered one plus 7 pro from this company. After getting the product i saw its not genuine. Its a fake phone. I have called the person he told that he needs to check with his supervisor for return. I called his supervisor also. I have asked multiple times to give me the address where to return. But they keep on extending dates. Finally they stopped picking my phone numbers. I want my 13000 rupees money back.
