Sree Dhanunjaya Travels — Travelling through bus from hyderabad to warangal on travel agent

Hi, I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Abhibus on 13th December and the bus operator i booked was "Sree Dhanunjaya Travels". Instead of "Sree Dhanunjaya Travels" they arranged the "Neetu Travels" (Bus Number: KA 01 AB 5328)and the travelling experience was very horrible. There was no proper seating arrangements done and they made us to seat wherever they like to be and the bus condition was very horrible. While travelling they stopped the bus in between the highway somewhere around 3:30 AM and told us to get down from the bus. when we asked for the reason they told us A.C is not working and arranging the other bus. But the fact is they swapped the people from one bus to other. How can it is possible when A.C is not working. and I also blame AbhiBus for encouraging such kind of operators. Could you please take necessary.
