I purchased a shoe 2months ago and it got torn from the edge, so i raised an issue regarding this in the branch and they said that it is a manufacturing defect so they will consult with the company for replacement, so they need 15 days to get back to me. After 15 days they handed me the same product by just repairing with pastings. But still one of the pair is defective, so i raised this issue but they said that i need to pay extra charges for leather repairing. Why should i pay for a product repairment as the product is in warranty period?? I need the replacement or my money back.
