Sreeleathers — I am complaining about the rudest behavior and didn't received my parcel nor they are fixing problem

I have recently brought a sandel from there website I have paid a heavy amount, after paying there was no response but my money got deducted, when I tried calling customer service they were so rude, they said it's not there duty, on the other hand my money is stuck, please take actions or things will get worse.
