Sreeleathers — refused to change the product

I've horrible experience in sreelathers showroom. Yesterday night (03/08/19) have brought a belt from naihati showroom. After opened this packed have some scratched in the same. Then today morning have visited same showroom and asked store manager for change this product and he blamed me that i'm responsible for this scratches. Refund this product and not received money and product.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful for your reputation.
