I was purchased a pair of sandel on 12th of Jan'21, which HSN:64029990, Iteam: 201701, Rs.499/-. But, within 7 days, the back side belt has been completely ripped off. And i have already informed to Sreeleather by mail, but, no response from your end.
Please advise for solution.
