Sreeleathers — Shoes heal broken

I have purchased a pair of shoes in 3 to 4 month ago but I am very surprised to see that in only after 4 month use Shoe's heal is broken, It is not a good sign of consumer satisfaction.

Detail of Shoes is MFGDOJ CODE 17902.

When I went to Asansol show room of Shree leather they suggested me if I want to repair these pair of Shoes then I have to pay rs 300/-.

I purchased Shoes from Shree Leather company from 20years but this incident very disappointed me.
