We had communicated with your website earlier and I had clearly requested that the above content should be removed since it has no substance nor does it have any proof of such posting. The person posted has not provided his name, address, the case handled by us. Such randum postings should not be made available in your website since it tarnishes the reputation of our firm. In fact, certain well-wishers have brought to my notice about the above posting and the same has caused enormous hardship and injury to us. Such posting without any basis in your website also is incorrect since you should be more responsible in allowing people to post such randum posting without providing the details (as stated above).
I request you to delete the above posting with immediate effect or in the alternative, provide us the details of the person who has posted it so that we can take appropriate action as provided under law. We feel that the person who has posted the above is mischevious and we shall take all steps to initate appropriate legal action against the said person.
