Myself c k sreenivasan residing at wagholi is a regular customer o[censored]ber. We were very much satisfied with your services for last several months but now your services have become little problematic. We are facing a lot of difficulties these days.

1. We are living at wagholi but at the time of booking pick up was showing some other location instead of wagholi due to which we had to cancel the said booking. This has happened many a times.
