Booked a A/c bus ticket 1 week earlier, for travel to Vizag from Repalle by A/c bus on[protected].
Without any prior intimation, bus changed to non Ac & departure preponed.
When contacted, both owner and agent blaming each other for
miscommunication, but both not taking responsibility.
Driver too not courteous.
Bus goes inside to every town on the highway to pick passengers wasting lot of time & causing inconvenience.
Bus interiors of poor standard.
