I book single ticket on atluri travels from tanuku to hyderabad. On that i ask to driver what was the boarding point, he said there are 2 stops one is given on your ticket and another was kamadhenu complex. That time time he is not came to kamadhenu complex but i am waiting that place. After 5 min i am call back to driver but he said we are gone... I lost my money i lost bus and i lost my office on next day. Finally driver said please catch...

Booked a A/c bus ticket 1 week earlier, for travel to Vizag from Repalle by A/c bus on[protected].
Without any prior intimation, bus changed to non Ac & departure preponed.

When contacted, both owner and agent blaming each other for
miscommunication, but both not taking responsibility.
Driver too not courteous.
