Last week i went the movie for Kaakaa Muttai, Ticket Price as Mentioned in the Board Rs.95.00 but not printed in Ticket. They will not give the balace Rs.5 instead they give Rs.5 Chocolate. If any one want to buy three ticket, if they give Rs.300 they give balance Rs.200 and three Rs.5 chocolates. I asked them to give change not a chocolate. They replied i[censored] want buy or go away. This not proper way to communicate to the customer. Can you please take a action against theatre. Few guys smoked inside the cinema hall, i infomed to theatre maintenance, they will not ready listen what i am saying. Was this information helpful? |
