Sri Chaitanya Techno School — I'm complaining about our branch senior college dean

I'm student of class 12th medicon from sri chaitanya techno school, neelambur branch in coimbatore, tamil madu.
It's here to complain that our senior secondary dean is not following the track sheet given by your institution higher official who had personally came to our branch and instructed about the upcoming class and holidays of the 12th, who told that, they will maintain the track sheet strictly and the school will be leave for the public holiday and other holiday that's mentioned in the track sheet which was agreed by our dean, but today he announced that monday will be a working day, were in the track it's mentioned that "mana shivaratri" the school will be closed.
Pls take immediate action for this case.
