Sri Chaitanya Techno School — Paid bus fees not refunded for last 1 year

My daughter Alvina is studying in 6th grade, Pallavaram 2 Branch, Chennai-600043.
I have paid Bus fees of Rs.24000/- for my Daughter on 03-Jun-2022 but the route is not is proper to pick up my Daughter from home so I talked with Principal on the same week and she has agreed to equalize the money with the 2nd term Fees but when I go to the admin department they say bus fees is handled by different department asked to pay the full fees. They have collected the original bus fee receipt and say it will be refunded but as of now no refund is provided. I have paid all the balance fees from my end.
It's almost 1 year no refund of bus fees not arrived.

Without refunding the Bus fees of 24, 000/- they asking to pay the fees amount of 24, 000/- even after I paid the fees it is vey embarrasing.
Now they are holding the hall ticket also for my daughter for Examination. Administration is not taking any action on this.

Please take immediate action for this issue.
